The Digital Sales Specialist for Cytiva is responsible to contribute to the commercial growth of Digital software and service offerings in the region.
This position is part of the Global Automation, Digital and Learning Sales team and will be fully remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
What you will do:
+ Responsible for growing Digital Solutions revenue and service business in the appointed USCAN region, ensuring that order booking targets are achieved annually. In collaboration with our account managers and Product Sales Specialists, you drive forward the sale of our Digital Solution Portfolio
+ Cover all aspects of the sales cycle from generating new opportunities to closing deals. This includes pre-sales activities such participating in regional conferences, trade associations and local events at customer sites with the ability act as a spokesperson for Cytiva business. Address upcoming questions and respond to technical and commercial aspects to drive the sale.
+ Keep accurate reports of existing business, maintain business metrics, and ensure accurate forecast by daily management of the funnel opportunities while utilizing Danaher Business System (DBS) standard work with CRM (SFDC).
+ Work together with colleagues in Marketing and Customer Success to identify, land and expand customers.
+ Regularly provide feedback to the product management team to convey voice of customer including unmet needs, product performance and other relevant commercial and market insights.
Who you are:
+ At least Bachelors Degree in engineering, biochemical engineering, or related (Lifescience) field.
+ At least 3 years professional experience in selling Digital (SaaS based) learning solutions the Lifescience industry
+ Proven Sales skills, prospecting capabilities, and presentation skills.
+ Strong ability to translate technical advantages into business benefits (Value Selling)
+ Excellent oral and written communication in English
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
+ Ability to travel regularly according to business needs (at least 50% of your time)
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Familiarity with Customer relationship management tools, including SFDC.
+ Working independently as well as in a team to achieve defined goals, as well as strong networking skills to promote a culture of cooperation at all levels.

The salary range for this role is USD 83,000-123,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
