Position Responsibilities:Field-based role overseeing Naperville, Aurora, St Charles, Dekalb, Schaumburg, Lemont, and Yorkville territory.As a Sales Supervisor, you are responsible for providing effective leadership, training, and supervision to assigned sales personnel.You will direct sales and merchandising efforts in assigned retail stores to ensure results are consistent with company goals for displays, shelving position, and pricing.You will assist the Sales Manager in addressing customer issues, monitoring competitive activity, and managing potential overage situations in the market.Other duties as assigned.Required Education and Experience:College Degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years of related experience or 2+ years internal Account Manager experience.Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis.Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.Equal Opportunity Employee & Physical DemandsReyes Holdings and its businesses are equal opportunity employers.
