GoEngineer is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Support Admin to be the liaison for our Subscription Service Renewals team. Duties will include auditing renewal quotes, assisting with revisions, and verification of CRM system accuracy. This position requires an ability to manage a high volume of quote creation requests with exceptional attention to detail. Individual will play an essential role in assisting the department with achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual renewal goals.

This position is full-time, hybrid office schedule detailed below with the specific schedule and work hours of:
Monday and Wednesday at 8:00am - 5:00pm with an hour lunch break, in-person at our Grand Rapids location, plus
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday at 8:00am - 5:00pm with an hour lunch break, as work-remote option if you have adequate work-remote environment or can be in-person at our Grand Rapids office.
Occasional overtime at end of month and end of year sales cycles expected, with overtime compensation provided for overtime hours.
This is an hourly position with benefits listed below, pay is $21/hour, plus annual bonus which averages $6,000.
