Advantage Resourcing is looking for a dedicated Sales Support Administrator to join our team in New Iberia, LA. Pay: $18.50/hour Schedule: Rotating shifts: 7 a.m. - 4 p.m., 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver proposals, bid packages, RFPs, and other sales-related materials within customer-defined deadlines.
- Ensure proposals align with customer needs, company standards, and negotiated terms.
- Maintain and update sales and customer data accurately in Salesforce.
- Support the sales team with Salesforce activities to drive business growth and excellent customer service.
- Assist other company functions by resolving issues and answering questions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent education/experience
- 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting Sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach and strong prioritization skills
