What We're Looking For:
As a Sales Support Advocate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and ensuring seamless coordination of respiratory equipment and supplies for our valued customers. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales performance.
What You'll Do:
Monitoring and Oversight:
? Monitor and review sales unbilled performance daily using internal dashboards.
? Alert management about any backlog or concerns of unbilled aging over 45 days from the date of service.
? Identify key issues affecting the sales team's ability to obtain documentation in a timely manner and collaborate with teams or individuals to address these issues to increase efficiency.
? CRM Maintenance - responsible for assisting in updating account and contact information in addition to creating leads and assisting in adding events.
Communication and Coordination:
? Serve as a primary point of contact for the sales team and referrals for sales unbilled and external ordering platforms including e-scripting platforms.
? The Sales Support Advocate will be responsible for communicating with outside referral sources and act as a liaison by coordinating in-services with the sales team and the physician's office for our various sales targets.
Product and Documentation Management:
? Develop comprehensive knowledge of our key focus products; Ventilators, Oxygen, CPAP, BIPAP, Vest and related respiratory products and supplies, ensuring accurate representation and effective communication with customers.
? Oversee documentation processes to ensure timely and accurate logging and retrieval of essential paperwork.
? Implement and optimize systems for managing documentation flow, maintaining compliance with industry standards.
? Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for reporting purposes, supporting organizational transparency and accountability.
Sales Support and Performance Enhancement:
? Provide support to the sales team in achieving monthly targets through data analysis, identification of key referral sources, and active participation in sales activities.
? Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance revenue generation and customer referrals, fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
? Utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively articulate product benefits and drive sales conversions, while continuously seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
? Maintain accurate records of sales activities and ensure commissionable orders through meticulous documentation management.
? Cultivate and nurture professional relationships with healthcare providers and facilities to uphold high standards of customer satisfaction.
? Provide coverage and support for Respiratory Account Executives as needed, maintaining continuity of service delivery and operational efficiency.
Process Enhancement and Data Analysis:
? Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and revenue growth.
? Address operational inefficiencies and optimize order processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Training and Development:
? Participate in company in-services, product training sessions and coverage training.
Meeting Attendance and Adherence:
? Attend all department and company meetings.
? Adhere to SuperCare Health company policies.
Other Duties and Flexibility:
? Be available for weeknd assignments as needed or scheduled.
? Potentially travel for up to 20% of assigned work duties.
? Perform any other duties as requested by management.
This role may be a fit if you have..
? A minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales support or related functions
? Experience supporting healthcare technology and equipment sales is a plus. Knowledge of durable
medical equipment and supply industry, preferred.
? Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and listening skills.
? Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
? Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
? Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
