The Role
The successful candidate will be an articulate, proactive team player who is very comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast moving environment. Excellent attention to details, experience in customer relations, sales reporting/excel and strong follow-through skills are essential. You will be part of the sales team and will be responsible for managing customer relationships through email, phone and online orders. Additionally, the qualified candidate must be willing and available to travel for trade shows and client visits sporadically throughout the year to support sales efforts and serve clients. The candidate should provide the best customer service experience while maintaining professionalism.
