Sales Support ClerkJob Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Clerk to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting our sales team with order entry, customer communications, marketing material distribution and act as a liaison between the sales and finance teams.Responsibilities:1. Order Processing & Data Entry:- Assist the sales team in processing orders accurately and in a timely manner.- Assist with logistics, inventory, and finance to ensure seamless order fulfillment.- Update and communicate order shipment details to customers and sales representatives.- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product catalog, pricing, and promotional offers to provide accurate information to customers.- Process orders and upload fulfillment information through various customer sales channels and portals2. Customer Relationship Building:- Act as a point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.- Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers and maintain regular communication to understand their needs.- Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing customers.3.
