Air Products is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our Headquarters in Allentown, PA.The Sales Support Coordinator provides daily support to the South sub-region Sales Team to assist with the tasks related to signing new business and renewing/modifying existing accounts. This role requires working with all segments of our Sales team including Field / Central Sales, Distributors, Microbulk, and Generated Gases, as well as with Customer Master Data, Billing, Logistics, Business Support, Engineering, Quality, and EST.What's In It for You:At Air Products we foster a culture of inclusion where every voice is heard, and everyone feels they belong and matter. Ability to work as part of a team. Responsive and detail oriented. Strong written and verbal communications skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Strong influencing skills and ability to work cross functionally. Knowledge and understanding of industrial gas contract language. Knowledge of CRM, SAP, BW, Workbooks.Key Job Responsibilities: Prepare, validate, and process contract packages. Use of CRM to view account structure and accuracy of Sales Rep input. Comply with SOX requirements as defined by process narratives and control matrices. Contact customers directly for data validation or data inquiry. Assist in the resolution of customer billing issues. Coordinate necessary activities with the Sales teams as it relates to customer specific issues. Provide support to the Sales team with reports (customer analysis & territory analysis).Minimum Hiring Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required. 5 years minimum of experience supporting a large/global team.
