Job Description:
DescriptionThe Sales Support Coordinator reports directly to the Customer Service Manager as part of a customer service team that includes this position, a Sr. Sales Support/EDI Coordinator. The position interacts with Sales Support Specialist, Regional Sales Managers, brokers, and customers as assigned providing technical information, product application, administrative support, and customer order/AP follow-up. While the following job functions outline the basis responsibilities for the Sales Coordinator, the primary responsibility is customer satisfaction.GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Customer/regional sales manager/broker supportSample requests, order entry, production, shipping, and billing accurately and professionally to ensure the customer's ongoing engagement and satisfaction.Order processingReceipt and processing of customer orders via fax, electronic data interchange (EDI), mail or e-mail.Ensures all orders meet the required minimums for prepaid freight if applicable, pricing is correct, all additional charges that may be required are on the order i.e., Freight, Small Order, Artwork and Plate ChargesConfirmation of all orders via the required method required for that customer, i.e., EDI, E-Mail, or FaxExpedition of orders through the Supply Chain Manager/ Production Controller as required.Ensure prompt follow-up on any back orders with timely communication to all affected parties.File maintenanceDaily filing and maintenance of all customer invoices.Complaint and short payment administrationEnters QA complaints.Prompt resolution of all short payments received for respective accounts and assisting Credit Analyst as required on payment information and collection of past due AR.Ensuring all sales related deductions are addressed in a timely manner.Samples, literature, sales supportEnsures all sample requests are processed according to the identified process in a timely manner and following up when necessary.OtherServes as back up for the Sr. Sales Support Coordinator when necessary.May assist in hosting Sales Representatives or Customer visits to our plant.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma or GEDMinimum 2 years' experience in prior customer service positionData entry experienceFile maintenance experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office productsAS400 knowledge a plusADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES:Ability to work with teams and independentlyStrong written and oral communication skillsStrong attention to detailTo Learn More About Our Company, Please Visit www.amercareroyal.comACR is an Equal Opportunity Employer that recruits and hires qualified candidates without regard to race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, disability, or veteran status.
