This role is full time and offers remote working.Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to achieve targets and monitor updates on new tours.
  • Quote and Proposal Overview: Working directly with clients to make changes if necessary and requote programs.
  • Case Management: Address complex cases, including prebookings for group hotels, while coordinating with hotel teams to maintain targets.
  • Database Development: Create a comprehensive database for US specialized groups, including hotels and supplier feedback to enhance future operations.
  • Negotiation Support: Request hotel teams to negotiate rates, policies, and prepayment terms for over-target bookings.
  • Budget Management: Collaborate with local teams to manage and reduce budget overruns for groups.
  • Booking Follow-ups: Track pending hotel and service bookings, coordinating with local offices and reporting progress to sales managers.
  • Continuous Improvement: Conduct regular assessments to enhance systems and sales support processes.
  • Tour Development: Initiate the development of specialized tours and groups, supporting sales efforts.To Succeed in the Role, You Should Have:
    • Strong understanding of European tourist destinations and travel trends.
    • Associate's degree in Business, Travel/Tourism, or a related field.
    • 2 years in travel or tourism roles OR strong knowledge of European history and culture / extensive travel experience.We Are Looking for a Person With:
