The Post-Sales Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing the administrative functions of sales projects, with a particular focus on sales documentation for new and stock trucks. This role requires meticulous organization and attention to detail, as the coordinator will be responsible for compiling, maintaining, and updating all relevant project documentation. Additionally, the coordinator will serve as a crucial liaison between various team members and departments, ensuring clear and effective communication of project details and timelines. The position also involves coordinating and overseeing various project components to completion, to guarantee efficient and seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Organize and manage sales files for new and stock trucks, ensuring all necessary detailsare communicated and documented. Actas the main point of contact between project managers and team members.
Problem Resolution: Assist in resolving any questions or issues that arise during project execution, working closely with the Sales Coordination team.
Policy and Procedure Development: Aid in establishing and implementing policies and procedures to streamline project operations.
Final Mile Management: Oversee the final stages of each sales order, ensuring all elements are completed accurately and on time.
Operational Continuity: Maintain the continuity of work operations by documenting actions, identifying irregularities, and addressing ongoing needs.
Attention to Detail: Ensure all tasks are completed with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Multitasking: Efficiently manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously.
Department Liaison: Act as a liaison between various departments, including MLC, Logistics, Sales, and Coordination, to ensure smooth project execution.
Special Projects:
Lead DVR research and battery projects.
Oversee direct-to-dealer projects.
Additional Responsibilities:
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings to discuss project progress and strategies.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, schedules, and meeting minutes.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement project strategies to meet customer and industry specifications.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in project coordination or a related administrative role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
