Sales Support Coordinator

About You: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Administrator to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Research trade shows and creates proposed schedules for management review.
- Organize and schedule trade show attendance, including logistics and materials.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales tracking systems.
- Coordinate communication between sales team members and other departments.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review.
- Support the onboarding and training of new sales team members.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM software is a plus.
