OVERALL SUMMARY

Join the Close Brothers Premium Finance Team where you will provide support to the Sales Support and field-based Sales Managers and their Brokers. Working as part of the Sales team our ideal team member will have previous experience in developing and maintaining relationships with excellent communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports:
* Completing the below 50k renewals for all Field sales managers daily, proactively sending emails to broker to confirm the loan renewal status.
* Working the Field Sales managers unauthorised reports, re issuing Esigns to client's, emailing brokers copy of RACA's where Esign is not available, liaising with different departments to minimise delays of loans being authorised.
* To issue all of Sales the end of day figures and inbox status's
* To assist Sales Support team and cover for annual leave.
* To assist Sales Support executives in Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports as in line with month end and any other Ad-hoc reports that are required.
Sales Manager Liaison:
* Preparation of comprehensive broker performance presentations, reports & statistics. Analysis of performance trends and supporting information to enhance broker meeting.
* Management of Credit Applications and to oversee end to end process via outsystems
* Rates paper completion upon requests and liaising with pricing.
* New broker set-up pack collation as in line with regulatory requirements.
* Act as an escalation point for colleagues in relation to contract queries
General:
* Service levels are to be maintained in all instances SLAs -
* Reply to all emails within 24 hours (this does not mean completion)
* Action all emails within 48-72 hours (this allows for other departments to reply) if this is not possible then you need to have chased other departments and gone back to source with a response of when they can expect a reply.
* Ensure that all systems e.g. Sales Force are utilised daily with all notes or actions added.
