MARKET LEADER has an immediate opening for a Customer Service / Sales Support Representative. We are a thirty-year-old, International, Inc 500 Company in the Pittsburgh Strip District. This position requires Excellent Communication and Customer Interaction Skills to help support our Sales Department service our Retail Customers across the United States and Worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Main goal will be supporting our sales department to ensure customer satisfaction
- Help maintain customer relationships
- Extensive telephone and email support
- Sales Responsibility - Sales order entry, customer communications
- Processing customer returns and credits
- Assisting other areas within company as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous successful experience in sales environment or customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving and time management skills
- Computer proficiency and ecommerce knowledge is essential
- ERP software experience
