Job Purpose
The Sales Support Manager is responsible for overseeing and providing guidance for Design Consultant resolution of post-sale issues. This individual serves as a liaison between other departments and the design consultant as it relates to that resolution.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as desktop computers, photocopiers, and smartphones. The job is primarily sedentary with the majority of the day spent at the computer. This position can be fast-paced and requires the ability to work under moderate stress.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. This job can also require the ability to be able to traverse the Showroom, Mart, Outlet and Distribution Center occasionally to inspect and photograph furniture.
