Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:Title: Sales Support Representative- PhenomRequisition Id: 9138Job Function: Sales SupportCareer Area: Sales & MarketingWork Location: Bannockburn, ILPosition Purpose:Under general direction, the role may include: providing customer service, billing/pricing/collections resolution, contract administration, service issues resolution, information management, customer file maintenance, lead routing, and record generation while possibly growing new and secured business through service level upgrades and expanded product offerings for assigned accounts on a daily basis.Key Job Activities:Provides dedicated customer service and support via telephone, email, web, and mail.Assists sales team with the preparation of sales documents and/or data entry.Proactively conducts outbound phone and email campaigns to customers.Understands how to research an account and determine pricing, contract information, lead routing, etc.Provides regular and ad-hoc reporting and assistance to various Sales teams.Acts and communicates as a subject matter expert, trainer, coach, and key reference contact as new reps are onboarded.Performs other related duties as required or requested.Education:Required Education: Associates Degree or Equivalent.Education equivalent to Associates Degree, or the equivalent in related work experience demonstrating a sound knowledge of customer service/collections policies and procedures within the SQ business units preferred.Two or more years of related work experience in a Customer Service/Collections environment, demonstrating analytical skills while providing excellent customer service to all customers & sales reps preferred.Demonstrates a sound understanding of SQ Account Retention selling practices, billing and invoice structure, adjustments, pricing structures, Central Billing, and the willingness to participate as an active member of a contract negotiation team.Demonstrates an elevated level of knowledge of Microsoft Office including but not limited to Excel, Word, Access, Steriworks, SalesForce, STARS, Credit Tool, and PowerPoint; and a general knowledge of general database use.Certifications and/or Licenses:Stericycle currently offers its employees the option to participate in a full range of benefits, including a health care program which includes medical, dental, vision and prescription coverage, healthcare and dependent care flexible spending accounts, life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance, an employee assistance program, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation and sick time, a 401(k) plan, and an employee stock purchase plan.
