Job DescriptionJob Title: Sales Support Specialist Company: Aisin World Corp. of America Department: OE Sales / Body Location: Northville, MI Position Responsibilities The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position:
- Provide support to the sales teams with daily activity.
- Track and report request for quotes (RFQs) for multiple customers.
- Daily customer portal review and manage the related documents, for Tool verification, invoicing, tracking and customer's survey.
- Support Price Update related to the material price change and D/S.
- Support entering price into customer's portal under the instruction.
- Engineering change instruction (ECI) tracking and coordination with Sales and Design.
- Open invoice and retro-payment coordination with sales and accounting

- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literacy: MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Dashboard), PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
