At HMT, we know that the key to growth is high performance. That is why we are seeking an energetic and dynamic Sales Support Specialist to provide support to our team.

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and energetic individual who can contribute to the sales teams, work in a dynamic environment, deliver messaging and product feedback back into the marketing and sales organization and work proactively to drive overall sales performance of the company.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

* Maintain and support our Customer Relationship Management platform, Salesforce

* Performing data entry duties in regard to metrics, sales figures and other key data

* Support Regional Business Development teams

* Provide customer service by managing customer prequalification documents

* Participate in and attend customer events

* Compile and analyze sales data to support the sales team and customer strategy

* Support and compile management sales presentations

* Manage daily administrative tasks

* Performs other projects and related duties as assigned

**Qualifications and Education**

* Bachelors degree and 1-3 years of sales and/or marketing experience

* Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills

* Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic

* Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software

* Power Bi experience, a plus

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction

* Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize

* Knowledge of sales practices and the most efficient customer service techniques

* Ability to interpret sales metrics and perform data entry

* Ability to pay strong attention to detail

* Advanced problem solving and analysis skills
