As a National Sales Support Specialist on the National Sales team, youll work with Sales to make sure they have the data, information and materials needed to support the sale of our innovative multi-screen product portfolio. Your creativity and attention to detail will provide essential partnership support, setting up our teams and business for success. WHAT OUR NATIONAL SALES SUPPORT SPECIALISTS ENJOY MOST

Managing linear and digital order processing through the affiliate site

  • Monitoring campaigns for any needed changes by liaising with the National Sales Manager, Operations and Ampersand
  • Managing revisions through the affiliate site with proper communication to Ampersand
  • Working closely with Pricing and Inventory to ensure that all inventory is used effectively and priced appropriately
  • Analyzing inventory reports to aid in the development of effective proposals

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years supporting a team of sales/advertising professionals
  • Education: Bachelors degree
  • Technical skills: Experience and strong knowledge of research databases, tools, and applications; MS Office
  • Skills: Detail-oriented, analytical-minded, adapt to change well
  • Abilities: Multi-task and prioritize workload bases on sales teams needs and internal deadlines
