  • Act as the CSR back up for all customers
  • Monitor and respond to Sales Leads, Inquires and Customer Requests as assigned.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Handle customer returns and complaints; provide appropriate or alternative solutions; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Process ordered Sales Quotations
  • Pick Ticket and management of Customer Inventory System
  • Maintain Customer Files on drive and controlled documents
  • Facilitate collaboration with other Company Team Members as required to support customer.
  • Identify, categorize & record Customer Requests
  • Respond promptly acknowledging receipt of Customer Requests/Communications
  • Assist with the annual forecast
  • Obtain forecast from customers.
  • Update and maintain monthly customer forecast and yearly forecast on quarterly basis.
  • Monitor and answer the Sales / Company Phone Line.
  • Prepare Contact Messaging and E-Mail Marketing Campaign
  • Execute Sales Validations on assigned Sales Leads
  • Create Sales Quotations that meet/exceed standard markup over cost
  • Send approved Sales Quotations to customers, follow up on issued Sales Quotations
  • Conduct Contract Reviews
  • Provide updates and respond to requests for information on Open Orders
  • Suggest and if authorized, make improvements on any related systems or process
  • Establish and maintain written procedures for all assigned tasks
  • Other Sales Activities not expressly listed above or that may be required in the future
Requirements Qualifications/Skills Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in business analysis or a related field
  • Strong communication skills and sales, marketing, customer service experiences.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (Salesforce a plus)
  • Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
  • Competency using Microsoft Office Suite
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a sitting position at least 50% of the time
  • Must be able to ascend and descend stairs
  • Use of hands/fingers to handle or feel to operate office equipment
  • This position consistently communicates with their team as well exchanging information with all other teams via email, speaking and hearing
