This position will work closely with the Sales team to:
- research and develop quotes; ensure they are clear and precise
- apply for special incentives and promotions as needed
- collaborate with the Finance department to set up customer accounts in the company's business system
- track sales proposals, noting outcomes as won or lost, and analyze success rates to improve future efforts
- provide follow-up support to address any customer concerns or issues after the sale
RequirementsIdeal candidate will have experience working with an equipment dealer and a willingness to learn various types of equipment. Additionally:
- Strong administrative & organizational skills
- High level of customer service
- Professional communicator
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook & Teams)
Salary Description $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
