Description:
The Internal Sales Support Specialist will play a crucial part in providing pre-sales support to all sources of business within the firm's Insurance Division. You'd directly support and would be a primary point of contact for the firm's sellers in relation to the life insurance sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative solutions and strategies to support the firm's business development and secure sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners, internal teams, and decision-makers.
- Collaborate effectively in a team setting to drive results and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to support the sales process and address challenges
- Exhibit a balance of teamwork and independent issue resolution while maintaining a high standard of professionalism
Qualifications:
- Four-year degree required
- Excellent phone demeanor, sales acumen, and customer service skills
- FINRA SIE required (Series 6, Series 63 and/or Insurance License is A HUGE PLUS)
Salary & Benefits:
- $65,000 - $75,000 + Annual Performance Bonus
- Paid Training, Health and Retirement Benefits starting on Day 1
