Job Description:

Leavitt Group, a national top 25 ranked privately held insurance brokerage and is looking to grow their Sales Talent Acquisition team. We are looking for a dynamic and professional Sales Talent Acquisition Partner focused on identifying, prospecting, and building relationships with sales professionals across the country. Working closely with our partner agency leaders, they oversee planning, developing, and implementing a customized and ongoing talent acquisition strategy. Driving organic sales growth and/or leadership perpetuation for Leavitt Group is at the forefront for this team.

What a Sales Talent Acquisition Partner does....

  • Develops talent acquisition strategy and hiring plans for producer recruitment
  • Oversees sourcing efforts including but not limited to drafting job description, in-mails, emails, and cold call scripts
  • Plans and conducts screening calls, face-to-face interviews, and aptitude testing
  • Uses candidate selection training to recommend quality producer candidates for hire
  • Takes steps to ensure positive candidate experience
  • Assists in employee retention and development
  • Collaborates with LG Marketing on employment branding initiatives
  • Travels to various Leavitt Group agency locations as needed. (Typically, 5-6 days per mo.)
  • Become an insurance industry expert as well as keeping up with industry trends
  • Tracks and reports on talent-related metrics
