  • In collaboration with the Sr. Director of Sales, manage and guide the Sales Development Representative and Account Executive teams, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the achievement of individual and team sales targets.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate the Sales Development Representative and Account Executive teams, providing ongoing training, support, and feedback to enhance their selling skills, product knowledge, and overall performance in collaboration with Sr. Director of Sales and Enablement Manager.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback, recognition, and performance improvement plans as needed to ensure the growth and development of team members.
  • Collaborate closely with the Human Resources department and Sr. Sales Director to ensure a strategic approach to performance management, working together to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions that contribute to the overall success of the team and the organization.
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and processes to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Monitor individual and team sales metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
  • Manage systems and processes including but not limited to Gong Scorecards, Call Audits, Confluence Management, Chat Coaching, Pipeline Audit, Lead Audit, and Quote Audit.
  • Assist in the creation of training strategy and material for multiple roles.
  • Lead the recruitment efforts for Account Executive and Sales Development Representative roles. This involves refining job descriptions, screening and interviewing candidates, and creating recruitment and training materials in coordination with HR and the Senior Director of Sales.
Requirements:Ideally, we're looking for:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume tech company (SaaS/UCaaS/PaaS etc.)
  • Both Inbound and Outbound Sales Development Representative and Account Executive teams experience
  • 2-3 years of leadership experience in Sales/Business Development Representative and Account Executive teams of 8-12 contributors
  • A builder mentality with a proven track record
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with SMBs
  • Strong work ethic, ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments
These would also be nice:
  • Field Service Business exposure (Employed by or sold to)
  • Experience growing new functions or teams from the ground up
  • Wide hiring manager experience (Competency, Situational, Behavioral, etc.)
  • Significant change and adoption management experience
  • History of shortening ramp times for new hires
  • Trend and data analysis expertise
Compensation:
  • Market-level compensation based on experience $125,000- $150,000 On Target Earnings
