In this role, you will oversee your staff, providing training and creating sales goals, while working to increase sales and distribution in your assigned region. - Coordinate sales and delivery efforts to ensure an efficient operation.
- Supervise and direct all sales promotion programs as assigned.
- Keep their sales team up to date on changes in pricing, products, inventory, etc.
- Checks pre-salesman's routing and total call frequency on a regular basis to provide adequate retailer service, and time to sell.
- Will on a determined schedule rotate their work schedule to ensure time to work with each pre-salesman assigned to their region.
- Will be required in the absence of assigned pre-salesman to replace their in their pre-sell activities.
- Monitor pre-salesman's planning tools and electronic route book regularly for complete, neat, and accurate entries.
- Maintain weekly sales and activity reports for all sales personnel assigned to their region.
- Submit required information and recommendations concerning region conditions (i.e., competitive activity, daily work sheet) in writing to the Sales Manager.
- Discuss with management and subordinates any outstanding or unsatisfactory performances. Will be required to evaluate the pre-salesman assigned in their area at least once a year using the company's prescribed format.
- Establish and maintain a high profile with all accounts in their particular sales area via a structured call frequency that includes compliance with ride-with and team selling standards.
- Responsible for merchandising of all products sold by Bob Hall in their assigned area.
- Monitor rotation of all products and packages to ensure freshness of product at retail level.

Physical demands and abilities:
- Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
- Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs. occasionally lift and/or ability to move objects that weigh more than 165 lbs.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures, depending upon season.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Five + years of sales experience.
- Three + years in a managerial role.

Salary Description $70,000-$90,000 Commensurate Based on Experience
