SummaryThe Salesforce Admin Solution Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce users ensuring that the system is operating efficiently, and that data quality is maintained across the board. The specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes.Pay Range: $36 - 54 (Depending on qualifications and experience)Work Schedule: This is a hybrid position working Monday - Friday from 8-5pm. Additional work outside of regular business hours as required.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Administer, configure, and further develop the Salesforce CRM environment to ensure its alignment with business requirements, including but not limited to user management, data models, workflows, custom reports, and dashboards.
- Customize and maintain Salesforce business processes to meet evolving organizational needs.
- Ensure configurations support efficient operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage Salesforce integrations with other business systems and external vendors.
- Oversee data uploads, audits, and corrections to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Ensure stakeholders have access to relevant and timely information.
- Develop user guides, training materials, and documentation to support Salesforce users.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance system understanding and utilization.
- Coordinate Salesforce release auditing, testing, and feature changes with end-user and information technology resources.
- Stay abreast of new Salesforce features and best practices.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system functionality and user satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce administration and configuration
- Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements definition and workflow design
- Proficiency in Salesforce report writing and analytics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently and meet required deadlines while managing multiple tasks
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1
- Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce customizations and integrations preferred
