Position Overview: The Salesforce System Administrator will play a key role in supporting and optimizing the Salesforce CRM platform. Working under the guidance of the Senior Salesforce Manager, this role will involve collaboration with the Junior Admin, Salesforce Developers, the Information Services team, and various business departments. The main focus will be on gathering requirements, configuring workflows, and ensuring seamless execution of critical Salesforce projects. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role requiring multitasking and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Customize and configure Salesforce platform features to meet business requirements, including workflows, page layouts, and process automation. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth Salesforce module implementations and adherence to the project roadmap. Gather business requirements for Salesforce enhancements and upgrades, delivering effective solutions. Document project progress and processes, ensuring clear communication with team members and stakeholders. Coordinate with developers and junior admins to ensure timely completion of technical milestones for system upgrades, maintenance, and implementations. Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 2 years of experience working with Salesforce and business analysis, supporting multiple teams or departments. At least 1 year of experience in a health plan or managed care environment is preferred. Required Skills & Competencies: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce declarative functionalities, including configuration and customization. Strong ability to gather and document business requirements for successful project execution. Proficiency in Salesforce Sales, Service, Health, and/or Experience Clouds. Experience working in an agile environment and adapting to changing project needs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Ability to work independently and in teams, multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of CRM tools, data analysis, and reporting within Salesforce. Preferred Skills & Certifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Administrator, Certified Platform App Builder). Familiarity with FSL, DocuSign, or DemandTools. Proficiency in Jira, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and other business applications. Understanding of HIPAA and relevant regulatory requirements. Experience with Health Cloud or Field Services Cloud is a plus. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests and meet deadlines.
