POSITION PURPOSE The Salesforce Application Architect is responsible for the design, implementation and support of the Salesforce platform, custom applications, automations. They work with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and then design and implement the solution using Salesforce's platform. They also ensure that the solution is scalable, maintainable, and integrates well with other systems. The role requires extensive knowledge and experience with Salesforce's flow builder, which allows them to automate business processes and workflows. The primary purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality, efficient, and effective solutions that meet the needs of the business and automate business processes. They will be the go-to person for any questions related to Salesforce flow and will be responsible for maintaining and improving the existing flow. PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Understand the business context and business objectives of the project; Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions Support the Project or Delivery Manager in the planning and execution of the project or initiative; Prepare and execute the different test scenarios (functional and integration); Assist project teams during the implementation of solutions; Design and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements Ensure best practices and standards are followed in development Ensure data integrity and security in Salesforce solutions Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions Stay current on Salesforce platform updates and new features Participate in testing and quality assurance Provide support and troubleshoot issues with Salesforce solutions Manage and maintain Salesforce environments Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce solutions Provide training and support for end users Participate in the development of long-term roadmaps for Salesforce solutions Strong understanding of Salesforce features and limitations. Provide hypercare support post delivery; Other duties as assigned. Role will primarily be WFH with occasional office visits. Candidates must reside within an hour of Paramus or Milwaukee. In office frequency is anticipated to 4 days per month. Travel to other sites may be required. This is mostly daily maintenance tasks, including migrating process automation and forms to Flow. Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM (either EST or CST).
