ROLE- Salesforce BARATE- $65/hr on C2CWORK AUTH -All except H1BHYBRID ROLE FOR EST schedule, New Jersey.Client is J&J and the SI is Cognizant. Complete JD Must have a minimum of 6-8 years experience as Salesforce BA preferably with experience in service cloud. Must have excellent communication skills and be capable of running process flow sessions, and user requirement sessions with senior business stakeholders; writing user stories; Must have Lifesciences experience working with a pharma client prefer experience with portals Good understanding of Agile and Safe principles and how his role as a BA will work in such model Must be comfortable working in an offshore model and interacting with technical and business teams Admin and Service or FSL or Communities Certification preferred
