The Purpose of Your Role:

As a Salesforce Business Analyst at Sentinel, you will serve as the primary Salesforce expert for the entire organization while focusing specifically on supporting Sales and Marketing teams. Working closely with our Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in aligning Salesforce solutions with company-wide and departmental goals, driving collaboration, process optimization, and informed decision-making.
Reporting to the centralized IT team, you'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other key stakeholders to ensure Salesforce effectively supports our strategic objectives.

About You:
We're seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with 5-7 years of experience and a passion for enabling Sales and Marketing success through Salesforce. You thrive in dynamic environments, take ownership of projects, and are skilled at translating business needs into actionable solutions.
