Job Description:Salesforce Center of Excellence ManagerDepartment: ITReports To: Director IT - NAMFLSA Status: ExemptGrade: 7Hybrid Option: YesJob Description:As the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) Manager at BraunAbility, you will play a pivotal role overseeing and optimizing our Salesforce implementation. In this role you will work closely with the North American Manufacturing and Global business leaders to advise and align our Salesforce initiatives with strategic and operational goals. This position reports directly to the Director of IT - NAM and is the focal point for Salesforce expertise within the organization.Essential Functions:•Salesforce Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for Salesforce within the organization, aligning it with the company's objectives and goals. This includes managing Salesforce contracts and licensing strategy. •Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide the Salesforce team as well as the larger organization to ensure optimal performance, growth, and skill development.•Governance and Best Practices: Establish and enforce governance policies, best practices, and standards for Salesforce development and administration.•Technical Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce, providing technical guidance and solutions to complex issues.•Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.•Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve Salesforce processes, architecture, and functionality to maximize ROI.•Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with Salesforce projects and operations.•Salesforce Partner Selection & Engagement: Assess potential vendors based on capabilities and alignment with our organizational goals. Lead contract negotiations and build/maintain strong relationships with key vendor contacts. Monitor and evaluate vendor performance.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:•Proven experience managing Salesforce teams and driving successful Salesforce implementations preferred.•Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, governance, and integration with other systems preferred.•Effective people development skills with a proven ability to coach and grow project team members.•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.•Proven ability to quickly learn complex business processes.•Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.•Ability to balance and execute multiple initiatives maintaining expectations with project sponsors and business leaders.Minimum Requirements:•Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of related work experience, to include 3 years of leadership/project management, required or 8 years of related work experience.•Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect) is highly desired.
