We are currently seeking a Salesforce Consultant for one of our long-standing clients, a prominent commercial real estate organization.This is a full-time, office-based role located in New York City, offering the opportunity to work directly with a prominent Commercial real estate organization on impactful internal Salesforce projects.About the RoleAs a Salesforce Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions for our client. Working closely with stakeholders, you'll help drive efficiency, streamline processes, and deliver innovative solutions tailored to the unique needs of the commercial real estate industry.RequirementsYour Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions.
- Design and implement sales processes, property management systems, and commission calculations using Salesforce tools like Flow Builder, Apex, and LWCs.
- Perform Salesforce administration duties, including managing user permissions, setting up custom objects, and maintaining system configurations.
- Plan and implement record types, approval workflows, and integrations with platforms like Crexi.
- Optimize business processes, ensure minimal technical debt, and provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices.
- Conduct user training, create documentation, and manage data migration, system integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Stay updated on Salesforce features to deliver innovative solutions.
- Integrate real estate platforms like Crexi with Salesforce to enable seamless operations and data sharing.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years as a Salesforce Consultant, preferably with a consulting or ISV partner.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Consultant (preferred).
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flow Builder, Lightning Record Pages, and custom approval processes.
- Ability to read/debug Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, user permissions, and troubleshooting.
- Industry Knowledge: Commercial real estate is a plus
- Real Estate Technology Expertise is a plus:
- Familiarity with Salesforce as a CRM solution for deal management.
- Understanding of real estate platforms like Crexi and their potential integration with Salesforce.
