Our client, a top tier Management & Strategy Consulting firm if looking for a qualified Salesforce Developer - (TS04) for a top-tier Client. Essential Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Financial Cloud to support financial services processes.
- Customise and configure Salesforce solutions to meet the specific needs of the organization.
- Monitor and supervise conduct supervision processes to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with employee behaviour.
- Utilise advanced Salesforce development skills to create and maintain high-quality solutions.
- Work on system integration, performance optimisation, and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Implement and manage REDS Currency systems and processes within the compliance framework.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of financial services, particularly in Equities and Over-The-Counter (OTC) markets, to develop effective solutions.
Essential Requirements :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Salesforce.
- Proven experience in compliance, surveillance, and supervision within the financial services industry.
- In-depth understanding of financial products, especially equities and OTC.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Salesforce Financial Cloud and REDS Currency systems.
Preferred Skills :
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and requirements in financial services.
