job summary: Develops code (writes software application programs). Develops and codes programs to integrate multiple subsystems. Identifies and recommends system enhancements to improve or expand customer services by anticipating customer problems and recommending solutions. Plans, schedules, and coordinates project design and implementation teams. Hybrid position which will sit onsite twice per week. location: New York, New York job type: Contract salary: $60 - 63 per hour work hours: 9am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Job Details: Certified Salesforce Developer as part of the AML, Communication, Employee Governance and Surveillance (A.C.E.S.) Technology team. Primary focus will be development on the Salesforce platform for our Registered Employee Directory Services solution. That solution includes Salesforce applications for: - GRS - Global Registration Services - OBA - Outside Business Activity - BAQ - Brokerage Account Questionnaire - BVS - Branch Visit System Following are general responsibilities of the role: - Responsible for Design, Development, Unit Testing and other SDLC activities. - Preform Code reviews and write unit test cases to ensure code developed meets the requirements. - Understanding, Analyze and convert functional requirements into concrete technical tasks and able to provide reasonable effort estimates. - Ensure project deliverables are met in timely manner with excellent quality. - Work proactively, independently to address project requirements, and articulate issues/challenges with enough lead time to address project delivery risks. - Providing expertise in technical analysis and solving technical issues during project delivery. - Demonstrate ownership and initiative taking. - Some support, troubleshooting, bug-fixing of existing and new applications is expected. Job requirement - Senior-Mid Salesforce Developer: MUST HAVES: - Salesforce Development - 4+ years - Salesforce Lightning Development (Aura and LWC) - 3+ years - Apex development - 4+ years - Salesforce Communities - 2+ years - Salesforce DX - 1+ years - Salesforce Administrator I - certificate - Salesforce Platform Developer I - certificate - Agile Environment (backlog grooming sessions, daily standups) - 4+ years - Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal) NICE TO HAVES: - Salesforce Platform Developer 2 certificate - Regulatory Compliance solutions experience qualifications:
