As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team.

This role will play a crucial part in enhancing and customizing our Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementation to streamline our operations and improve customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our teams to gather and understand business requirements for Salesforce Service Cloud and FSL implementation.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions and enhancements within the Salesforce platform.
• Customize and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud to meet the specific needs of our solar services business.
• Implement and maintain integrations with other systems to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain Visualforce pages, Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components as needed.
• Provide technical expertise and support to resolve issues and troubleshoot system errors.
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices to ensure the platform is used to its full potential.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on Service Cloud and FSL.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security features.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions for service-oriented businesses.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II and Service Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
