Key Responsibilities:
Development & Integration - Develop, configure, and deploy solutions integrating Salesforce with DocuSign.
- Implement custom workflows, triggers, and processes to enable secure e-signature functionality within Salesforce.
Customization & Optimization - Customize Salesforce and DocuSign applications to meet specific business needs, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Optimize document workflows to streamline processes and reduce manual tasks.
API Development & Data Management - Utilize Salesforce and DocuSign APIs to enable smooth data exchange and secure document management.
- Implement best practices for data management, ensuring compliance and security standards are met.
Testing & Quality Assurance - Conduct thorough testing to ensure code quality, system reliability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and technical challenges.
Documentation & Support - Document development processes, configurations, and integration steps to support knowledge transfer.
- Provide technical support and assist end-users in leveraging DocuSign features within Salesforce.
Collaboration - Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and team meetings to ensure alignment with project goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and other Salesforce tools.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience with DocuSign API and integration.
- Proven track record of building custom solutions in Salesforce that integrate with third-party applications.
- Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce customization, including workflows, process builders, triggers, and SOQL.
- Proficiency with DocuSign API, including document generation, workflow configuration, and e-signature capabilities.
- Familiarity with integration techniques (APIs, REST, SOAP) and tools such as Postman for testing API endpoints.
- Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
- Detail-oriented and able to deliver high-quality code and configurations.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I or II)
- DocuSign certifications (DocuSign Administrator or DocuSign for Salesforce Specialist)
- Experience with other e-signature solutions or integration platforms is a plus
