About the Team The Worldpay for Business Salesforce instance caters to Sales & Service users of Worldpay. The Technology team that maintains this system constitute product managers, architects, technical leads, and software engineers. They are responsible for the development and deployment of Salesforce application along with other integrating apps in the ecosystem. Other apps include Oracle CPQ for product & pricing, DocuSign and Apttus for contracts and several other small AppExchange apps.
What you will be doing: - Salesforce Development - Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
- Customize and extend Salesforce functionality through the creation of Apex triggers, classes, and Visualforce pages.
- Integration and Data Management - Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
- Work on data migration and manipulation tasks to support ongoing data hygiene and reporting needs.
- Quality Assurance - Perform thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and are free of defects.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality.
- Documentation - Document technical specifications, processes, and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement - Stay current with Salesforce updates, best practices, and emerging technologies.
What you bring: - Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. Master's degree desirable.
- Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles preferably using SAFe Agile methodology.
- At least 5 years of Salesforce experience with at least PD-I certification (PD-2 preferred).
- At least 3 years of Salesforce experience in Lightning (LWC / Aura), Flows, Process Builder & Workflows.
- At least 3 years of Salesforce experience working and troubleshooting SOAP/REST API integrations, SOQL.
- At least 3 years of Salesforce experience in working and troubleshooting Apex Class, Triggers, JavaScript.
- At least 3 years of Salesforce experience in Partner/Customer Communities (Experience Cloud).
Added bonus if you have: - Salesforce experience in setting field-level security, profiles, sharing rules, and monitoring audit trails.
- Salesforce experience in Managed and Unmanaged Packages.
- Salesforce experience in in Streaming API, Change Data Capture or Platform Events
- Experience working in GITHUB, integrating with Oracle CPQ or Apttus CPQ or DocuSign
- Knowledge of software industry standards (ISO, CMM, Six Sigma), financial regulations

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $92,710.00 - $155,750.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
