We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Lead Consultant to drive the design, implementation, and support of Salesforce solutions, including Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ. The ideal candidate will combine strong functional expertise with technical skills and leadership experience to deliver tailored solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and deployment of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.
- Oversee the management of the Salesforce org, ensuring effective operations and timely resolution of user issues.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Develop innovative solutions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Supervise a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality project outcomes.
- Serve as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to facilitate communication and project success.
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with expertise in Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
- Proven ability to manage Salesforce orgs and support teams effectively.
- Strong skills in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications are a plus.
