Contract Role: Salesforce Lead Remote in US Need genuine LinkedIn URL with profile picture for submission.Notes from client*: Salesforce Technical Lead, this is a part time (20 hours a week) short term role that is expected to last 4 weeks. The selected candidates will need to work during business hours with an expected start date of 8/5/24. Interviews will be conducted through a third party that is in India, so candidates need to be available for call from early morning through 1:00 pm EST, there will not be any afternoon availability for the first round of interviews. PRIMARY
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide technical leadership to a team of Salesforce developers
- Develop solutions built on Salesforce platform
- Build scalable, extensible, and secure applications
- Implementation of custom APEX classes, triggers and flows necessary for achieve client business goals
- Package and deploy Salesforce solutions, as applicable
- Collaborating with the Salesforce Administrators and Architects to validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits)
- Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, (based on specific requirements), to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements
- Custom User Interface development, including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components and Lightning Web Components
- Integrations: Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization,
- Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development
- Experience designing and developing service-oriented architecture with integration and migration background
- Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code
- Collaborating with IT / Developers for other systems to integrate across the business
REQUIRED
SKILLS - 10+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong experience working with Salesforce Integrations
- Experience implementing and developing in Apex, LWC, etc.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a geographically dispersed working environment
- Able to work independently and adapt to time critical deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Salesforce Lightning and the Salesforce development lifecycle.
- Ability to write, interpret, and critique technical specifications
- Bachelor's in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
- Salesforce Platform App Builder certification
- Two additional Salesforce certifications
