Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud required
- 5 years' experience in marketing technology, of which
- 1-2 years' experience need to be in data manipulation, interpretation, report writing, or data insight summarization
- Proven experience managing data and campaigns using Marketing Cloud
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making and campaign optimization
Professional Competencies
- Data Architecture: Experience in designing and managing data structures
- Data Modeling: Proficiency in creating data models to represent complex data relationships
- SQL: Strong skills in SQL for querying and managing databases
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Tools: Knowledge of AMPScript, SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript), and Guide Template Language
