They are part of business applications and working in salesforce, communities, etc. They are very close with internal stakeholders. Lots of customer interaction is important. They will be utilizing salesforce. Lots of partner community work This will be a long-term contract role at least 12 months. Someone who can come in and understand the landscape, requirements, business and then work in partner communities. Someone who understands partner program, who has done this in past. If someone has worked in partner communities in product company in past that will be beneficial. Someone who has exposure to salesforce that will be great. Fine with remote but since it is more focused on involvement with team and all so travelling onsite should be an option. Couple of times travel to Broomfield, CO office. This is hands on technical role. Employment Type: Contract City: San Mateo State: California C Description: Key Responsibilities: 1. Experience leading IT programs involving partner programs on the Salesforce platform. 2. Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce Partner Community solutions for the organization's ecosystem of partners, dealers, and distributors. 3. Subject matter expert in Salesforce Partner Community Cloud, the architect collaborates closely with business stakeholders, internal development teams, and external partners to build scalable, intuitive, and efficient partner collaboration platforms.
Analyze business requirements and design comprehensive and innovative Salesforce Partner Community solutions that align with the organization's partner engagement strategy. Leverage the capabilities of Salesforce Partner Community Cloud to create scalable and flexible architectures. Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Salesforce Partner Community features and capabilities, including but not limited to partner account management, deal registration, lead sharing, content distribution, and partner onboarding. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Marketing, IT, and Partner Management, to gather requirements and ensure that partner community solutions meet business needs while adhering to best practices and industry standards. Oversee the development and implementation of Salesforce Partner Community solutions, guiding development teams in the creation of custom components, integrations, and security protocols. Integrate Salesforce Partner Community with other systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and a unified partner experience. Optimize the partner community architecture for performance and scalability to accommodate the growing partner network and increasing data volume. Ensure that partner community solutions adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements, safeguarding sensitive partner data. Required Skills and Qualifications: Salesforce Certifications Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce Partner Community solutions for complex partner ecosystems. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools. Experience with Agile methodologies including working within a sprint framework. Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, sharing rules, and security settings. Familiarity with integration tools and techniques (e.g., REST APIs, SOAP, Middleware). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements to devise effective technical solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in managing projects and ensuring timely delivery of solutions. Knowledge of partner engagement and channel management concepts is a plus.
