Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Production Support Developer to join our team in supporting a Global Government Client. This role is fully remote role, operatingon a M-F 9am-5pm EST schedule. The Salesforce Production Support Developer will lead the production support team, resolve issues, monitor performance, troubleshoot complex problems, deploy updates, and mentor technical staff. Responsibilities of the Salesforce Production Support Developer :
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Salesforce production development support team to ensure timely resolution of issues and monitor system performance to proactively address potential disruptions.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues, including data integrity, integration, and functionality problems, and act as the primary point of contact for production issues.
- Ticket Management: Manage and prioritize production support tickets, ensuring they are resolved within defined SLAs, and identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects encountered during project delivery.
- Technical Expertise: Use Salesforce platform and developer skills to solve critical technical issues, develop Lightning components, maintain fluency with Apex, SOQL, and SOSL, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy updates and enhancements.
- Documentation and Mentoring: Develop and maintain production support documentation, participate in incident response and root cause analysis, and mentor technical support staff on issue resolution and best practices.
Necessary Qualifications for the Salesforce Production Support Developer :
- Security Clearance: Willing and able to obtain a CMS Public Trust clearance (must have a US Citizenship)
- Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree, Valid Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications (Trailblazer link or certification number required).
- Experience: 8+ years in production or technical support, with 5+ years leading production support on the Salesforce platform in Lightning.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Salesforce technologies, data modeling, integration, and data migration. Experience with complex business systems integration and object-oriented design patterns. Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (Communities) development. Familiarity with SFDC-specific IDEs and version control configurations.
- Skills and Abilities: Experience in root cause analysis, strong communication skills, ability to provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting, and multitasking capability with both business and technical stakeholders. Preferred skills include; hands-on experience with CI/CD and Copado, understanding of web technologies, development of web services, healthcare industry experience, familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), and Agile methodologies.
Compensation for the Salesforce Production Support Developer :
- Salary: $140k-$155k (dependent on experience)
