You Are
A Salesforce Service Cloud Functional Lead with a keen eye for problem solving. You work with project teams to identify and analyze clients' requirements and craft the right solution. On top of this, you've got the interpersonal skills to build the right rapport clients to get the project off the ground. Organization is your forte. You prioritize multiple projects at once with aplomb and always deliver quality work on time.
The Work
* Meet with clients to analyze their work practices and understand the nature of their businesses to accurately define needs and customize marketing solutions using the Force.com platform.
* Own the development of a strategic vision for project (product development, improvements, etc) and embrace the criticality of gaining its adoption.
* Make recommendations based on this analysis - estimate work effort, lead project scoping (as the sole or primary Accenture Technology - Salesforce team representative), determine required resources, set a realistic schedule, and build accurate communication and governance plans (Project Management 101, if you will).
* Maintain effective client relations and rapport - delivering timely and relevant information with the utmost concern for stakeholder and project impact.
* Document Service Cloud data modeling and architecture including data extension modeling and cross-product data architecture & mapping
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Qualification
Here's What You Need
* Experience supporting Salesforce Service Cloud clients
* A minimum of 2 year of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
* A minimum of 3 years of functional experience on the Salesforce.com platforms.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience)
Bonus Points If
* Experienced with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and/or Interaction Studio
* Knowledgeable in both functional and technical aspects of a CRM or Digital Marketing engagement.
* Demonstrate superb communication and presentation skills.
* Possess a combination of business analysis and technology implementation experience.
* Adaptable to a multifaceted work environment and be creative within a team.
* Salesforce certified (Marketing Cloud Email Studio Specialist, Admin)
* Experienced in working with SQL, JavaScript, and HTML
* Understand the basics of integrations, single sign, security, etc. (MuleSoft, Informatica, other ETL tools a huge plus) is also preferred.
* Demonstrable experience in technology implementation full lifecycle/enterprise software projects.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
