East Coast Time Zone As our Salesforce Engineer, you'll be the go-to expert, collaborating with a global development team on impactful projects. Working closely with the broader product team, you'll translate business requirements into innovative designs and specifications, setting and championing quality standards. This role calls for a tech-savvy, globally minded leader who fosters connections and builds strong relationships with both team members and stakeholders. You'll actively shape best practices, driving results through strong leadership, communication, and networking skills to propel our projects forward. Compensation range: 125K to 140K annual salary Other compensation: Performance bonus eligible The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, licensure, certifications, related experience and other related factors. What you will be doing:
- Develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, and integrations.
- Design and build solutions using Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Apex, and SOQL.
- Support declarative development, including flows, validation rules, and custom objects.
- Lead system and application integration efforts.
- Mentor junior developers and foster collaboration.
- Coordinate deployments and maintain documentation for processes and configurations
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of development experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Experience with Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) and five+ years in Sales and Service Cloud development.
- Proficient in OOP, Apex, Security, Triggers, REST API, Data migration, LWC, git, and IDEs.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce design patterns, deployment, and development best practices, including Flows, automation, and dashboards.
- Skilled in API integration, Agile/Kanban, and tools like JIRA, with a preference for CPQ and Conga experience.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer) preferred, with strong teamwork and relationship management skills.
- Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, solve problems effectively, and work independently.
