Position Overview: Tech Lead/ Senior Salesforce (SFDC) Developer – Financial Services Practice

A Tech Lead/Sr. Salesforce Developer has the ability to learn, analyze, and apply new technologies quickly to solve business problems. This person is responsible for developing in Apex, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, Aura and other technologies, and has a strong understanding of relational databases. An ideal candidate provides technical leadership by applying the correct software design patterns for the problem at hand. The result of this technical leadership is incredibly important to Silverline; it provides modular, high performance code that can be used and re-used to meet interesting requirements across industries. In order to provide this leadership, the candidate should demonstrate thoughtful leadership related to emerging web technologies, web design integration, prototyping, database driven content, and web based user interfaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for designing, developing and implementing customer facing solutions on the Salesforce platform
  • Work effectively individually and with members of their project and client teams
  • Design and develop solutions in LWC, Aura, Apex, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other technologies
  • Learn, improve, and expand Silverline code quality, design, and version control best practices
  • Collaborate with both onshore and offshore team members to deliver quality code
  • Conduct technical process reviews, technical UAT's, and work in partnership with client business units and project stakeholders
  • Achieve Salesforce.com certification requirements

Requirements:

  • B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent
  • 5+ years Salesforce development experience across multiple clouds
  • 5+ years of experience with technical Salesforce implementations & development projects
  • 4 + years in a consulting environment
  • Strong client management & client communication experience
  • 3+ years experience in Financial Services (Banking, Wealth & Asset Management expertise highly desired)
  • 2+ years Financial Service Cloud (FSC) strongly desired
  • Strong understanding of relational databases & working with large data sets
  • Location Required: 3 days On-Site/In-Office based in Alpharetta Georgia
  • Application development experience with Apex, JavaScript, Java, C#, SQL or similar
  • Proficiency with APIs -- REST and SOAP-based web services (SOA)
  • Experience in Object Oriented concepts and design, experience with OO languages
  • Proficient in SFDC technologies including configuration and custom development
  • Active in the Salesforce or other technical communities in the form of blogs, stack exchange posts, github and the like.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

  • Experience working with On & Off-Shore teams
  • Leadership/mentorship of more junior developers & other technologists
  • Polyglot with experience in both OO and functional programming languages like Java, Ruby, Python, JavaScript
  • One or more current Salesforce.com certifications
  • Nice to Have experience; nCino, vlocity, Omni, MuleSoft
