What You'll Be Doing The Salesforce Technical Analyst II will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the Salesforce platform. They will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze technical feasibility, and design and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions. What We're Looking For
  • Collaborate with Business and Architects to elicit, document, and analyze functional and technical requirements.
  • Develop clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development and testing efforts.
  • Design and develop technical solutions, including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, Flows to meet business requirements.
  • Manage Salesforce data, including data imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication, to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Ability to clearly articulate the Salesforce Data model and objects/data security.
  • Develop and execute test plans, including unit, integration, and system testing, to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
  • Work closely with TA and Developers to support the implementation.
  • Provide end-user training and support on Salesforce functionality and processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within Salesforce, and recommend and implement enhancements.
  • Continue to stay on top of the latest technologies and see how they can be applied to Stifel's needs throughout the organization.
  • Uses negotiation skills and techniques to obtain agreement between different interests, challenges management constructively, bringing different views into the open.
  • Mentors other Technical Analyst.
What You'll Bring
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, security model, and development best practices. Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
  • Proven ability to communicate information and ideas in spoken or written form so that others will understand.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Highly self-motivated and delivery focused.
  • Displays awareness of the impact of actions on the business and demonstrates understanding of the context of the company and acts in line with it.
Education & Experience
  • Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum Required: 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development or administration, with a strong focus on technical analysis and solution design.
Licenses & Credentials
  • Minimum Required: Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
Systems & Technology
  • Expert knowledge to understand Apex, Aura, Visualforce, and LWC.
  • High-level proficiency with SOQL and Salesforce Data Load.
  • Previous experience with Git (or other version control systems) and CI/CD.
  • Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests.
#LI-LL1 Compensation Range Salary: USD $121,100.00/Yr. - USD $166,400.00/Yr. Actual salaries may vary, and may be based on several factors, including but not limited to each candidate's qualifications, skills, and overall competencies for the position.The base salary is one component of Stifel's overall compensation package for each individual employee.
