Business Title: 2910 | Salesforce Technical LeadLocation: Raleigh, NC 27615Job Type: Contract (6 M+)Note 1: Hybrid Position - 3 days per week onsite.Note 2: Possibility of Conversion to FTE.Job Responsibilities:Monitor and report on Salesforce logins and usage of community licensesAutomate deployment of Salesforce code/configuration changes to higher environmentsReview and understand the downstream impacts of a change request and anticipate opportunities to improve itProactively identify problems and prepare solutions for resolutionSkills & Experience Required:Bachelor's degree in relevant field5+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer, with a proven track record of managing Salesforce orgs for customers1+ years of experience in Copado or equivalent DevOps tools for Salesforce deploymentsSalesforce certifications are MANDATORY (Platform Developer 1, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.)Proficiency in Jira, MuleSoft, Tableau, Confluence softwareKnowledge of integration with Heroku, AWS and other third-party SaaS platformsStrong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and development tools including Apex, Visualforce, and LightningPossess thorough knowledge of various Salesforce governor limits and best practices
