As a sales representative for Herring's Garage Door LLC, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting appropriate solutions, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate leads by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. You will be tasked with developing a pipeline of potential customers in the dock and door market.

Client relationship management by building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. You will ensure a high level of satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.

Sales Presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of Herring's Garage Door LLC's products and services.

Developing proposals to potential clients and existing clients by working with our office team. Relaying information to them regarding repairs, installations, estimated time of completion, equipment needed, etc.

Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets while monitoring progress.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends. Provide all customers with accurate information and recommendations.

Work closely with the service and installation teams to ensure seamless delivery and installation of products. Collaborate with the office teams to create and execute new sales strategies.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in general sales experience.

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Strong communication skills and negotiation

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Organization and time management

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 preferred
