Job Responsibilities:
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Commit to becoming an auto sales expert, gaining in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology.
- Use consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting vehicles by listening and asking questions.
- Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
- Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
- Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Conduct daily follow-ups with unsold, sold, and data mining customers.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to professional dress code and behavior policies.
- Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day.
- Generate at least one appointment per day.
Qualifications:
- Flexible hours and weekend availability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
- General knowledge of automobile makes, models, and components.
- Self-starter mentality with an ambitious spirit.
- Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
