We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesperson to join our retail team. They will be responsible for guiding customers through the Proslat range of innovative storage solutions and home installation services, ensuring a smooth sales process from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for organization and an eye for detail, providing customers with a consultative approach to transforming their spaces.
Responsibilities include:
- Sales Performance: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
- Advise: Counsel customers through their purchase decision, offering expert advice, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that best fit their needs.
- Market Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for market development, including potential expansion into new customer segments.
- Field Service: Arrange for home installation services, coordinating schedules between customers and service teams, and ensure a seamless customer experience from purchase to installation.
- Quotations: Provide accurate and timely estimates to clients, considering factors such as labor, materials, and potential additional costs.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues.
With a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, our Salesperson will play a key role in driving sales and fostering long-term customer relationships.
Experience in renovation, construction, or building supply sales is advantageous.
Competitive base salary plus commissions.
